Pursuant to the relevant circular issued by BSE, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, as amended and Company’s code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders, Kinetic Engineering has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company will be closed for all Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Employees and other connected persons of the Company from Thursday, 1st January, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2025. The date of Board Meeting for considering the said financial results of the Company will be informed separately in due course of time.
