Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (‘the Code’), Raminfo has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from January 01, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited standalone & consolidated financial results of the company for the Quarter and nine months ending on December 31, 2025 for all Designated Persons, their Immediate Relatives and all Connected Persons covered under the Code. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration & approval of the un-audited standalone & consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending on December 31, 2025, will be intimated in due course.
