In terms of the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading” read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Sundaram Brake Linings has informed that the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company by the Directors/Designated Persons and their Relatives will remain closed from 01st January, 2026 until 48 hours after the date of declaration of Unaudited Financial results of the Company for the quarter ending 31st December, 2025. The details of the date of the Board Meeting to approve the Unaudited Financial results of the Company for the quarter ending 31st December, 2025 shall be intimated separately. Accordingly, all connected persons/Designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of the trading window.
