Madhav Infra shines on bagging LoAs worth Rs 342 crore from MPUVNL

Madhav Infra is currently trading at Rs. 11.45, up by 0.91 points or 8.63% from its previous closing of Rs. 10.54 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 10.34 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 11.80 and Rs. 10.34 respectively. So far 1044218 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 17.00 on 06-Jan-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 9.68 on 26-Dec-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 11.80 and Rs. 9.68 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 309.48 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 68.81%, while Non-Institutions held 31.19% in the company.  

Madhav Infra Projects has received multiple letters of awards (LoAs) worth around Rs 342 crore from M.P. Urja Vikas Nigam (MPUVNL), a Govt. of MP Enterprise. The LoAs are for the implementation of grid connected Solar PV based Power Plants (SPP) under Surya Mitra Krishi Feeders Scheme with feeder solarization component of PM KUSUM-C Scheme for sale of power to MPPMCL. The orders are to be executed within 18 months.

Madhav Infra Projects is engaged in development, construction as well as operation & maintenance of Infrastructure Projects.
