Castrol India has informed that in terms of Castrol India Limited Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain closed for Designated Persons and Insiders, from the end of the quarter i.e. 31 December 2025 till two trading days after the declaration of the audited financial results of the Company for the year ending 31 December 2025. The date of the Board Meeting to consider the audited financial results of the Company for the year ending 31 December 2025 will be intimated in due course.
