Hindustan Fluorocarbons has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities/equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the designated persons/insiders from Thursday, 1st January, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited limited reviewed financial results of the Company for the 3rd quarter ended 31st December, 2025 of the FY 2025-26 (both days inclusive). Further, the date of Board Meeting of the Company to consider the aforesaid financial results will be intimated separately.
