Printing & Packaging has informed that the Trading window shall remain closed from January 01, 2026 for the purpose of consideration and approval of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2025. The Trading window shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the said Un-Audited Financial Results, when the information becomes generally available. During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Company's shares/securities. The Date of Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarters ended on December 31, 2025 will be intimated in due course.
