Indowind Energy has informed that the trading window for dealing with the Company’s Equity Shares by the Designated Persons (Promoters, Promoter group persons, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Employees, Auditors (Statutory, Secretarial & Internal) and immediate relatives of these persons etc.) shall be closed from January 1, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending 31st December 2025. The date of the Board Meeting for declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ending 31st December 2025 will be intimated in due course.
