Indo Borax & Chemicals has informed that pursuant to SEBI ( Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company by the Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives)/Connected Persons shall remain closed from January 01, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter ending December 31, 2025. The date of the board meeting to be convened for consideration and approval of Financials Results will be intimated separately in due course of time.
