IL&FS Transportation Networks has informed that pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations, the Company has received a Demand Notice under section 73 of the Central Goods and Services Tax (CGST) Act, 2017, dated December 30, 2025 from the office of Deputy Commissioner of State Tax, Ghaziabad Sector-4, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh on December 30, 2025 for payment of an outstanding GST liability along with interest & penalty aggregating to Rs 1,77,07,511. The Company is reviewing the said Demand Notice and will take necessru.y steps on this matter. The information as required under Clause 20 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI LODR Regulations read with relevant SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed in the Annexure.
