Rajshree Sugars & Chemicals has informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons (DPs), their immediate relatives, and persons with whom the DPs have a material financial relationship, from Thursday, 1st January 2026 until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending 31st December 2025. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the said financial results will be intimated in due course.
