Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Crisil has informed that Shyamala Gopinath (DIN: 02362921) has completed her term as an Independent Director on December 31, 2025, and has consequently ceased to be an Independent Director of the Company with effect from December 31, 2025. The Board of Directors and the Management of the Company place on record their deep appreciation for the contributions made by Shyamala Gopinath during her association with the Company over the years. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are enclosed as Annexure A to this letter.
