Balaji Amines gains on inaugurating Five Star Hotel Balaji Sarovar Premiere

Balaji Amines is currently trading at Rs 36.00, up by 1.30 points or 3.75% from its previous closing of Rs 34.70 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 34.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs 36.25 and Rs 34.50 respectively. So far 7495 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs 66.70 on 25-Oct-2012 and a 52 week low of Rs 28.40 on 21-Aug-2013.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 36.70 and Rs 31.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 111.78 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 54.24% while Non-Institutions held 45.76%.

Five star hotel Balaji Sarovar Premiere, fully owned by Balaji Amines, has inaugurated on October 12, 2013. The Hotel Balaji Sarovar Premiere has commenced commercial operations from immediate effect. By opening this new hotel the Chemicals manufacturer Balaji Amines has forayed into the hospitality business. The five star hotel, built at an investment of Rs 100 crore, will be managed for 12 years by the Sarovar Group.
