Geojit Financial Services has informed that ICRA, a Credit Rating Agency, has assigned rating to the Funds amounting to Rs 100 Crores of the company as details enclosed. Copy of the letter received from the rating agency is also enclosed. Further, pursuant to SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, it has informed that due to an inadvertent administrative oversight, the submission of the document was delayed by one working day.
