The aforesaid appointment was approved by the Board by way of a resolution passed by circulation on January 05, 2026 at 11:07 AM (IST). In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, the requisite disclosure is enclosed as Annexure - 1.
