Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 and other applicable regulations, if any, of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Chembond Chemicals has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results on Standalone and Consolidated basis for the quarter/nine months ended December 31, 2025 (Q3). Further, in terms of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s internal code of conduct, for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for Directors / Officers / Designated persons including their immediate relatives (pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2025/55 dated April 21, 2025) of the Company till 48 hours post the outcome of board meeting i.e. till Friday, January 23, 2026.
