Pursuant to the Regulation 29(1)(a) of SEBI Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Consolidated Construction Consortium has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, the 30th January, 2026 at Chennai, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2025. As communicated vide its letter dated 24th December, 2025, the company has informed that in terms of the Company’s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the above financial results.
