Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III -Part A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Premier Polyfilm has informed that Umesh Kumar Agarwalla (DIN: 0023179), Independent Director of the Company, has tendered his resignation from the post of Independent Director from the Board of the company with effect from closing of business hours, vide resignation letter dated 08th January, 2026 which is received by the company today on 12th January, 2026, due to other professional commitment’s. The resignation letter received from Umesh Kumar Agarwalla does not contain any other material reasons other than those stated above. Consequently, Umesh Kumar Agarwalla shall also cease to be a member of the Committees of the Board, if any, with effect from the said date. The details as required under Regulation 30(6) read with Para A (7) of Part A of Schedule Il of the Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 are mentioned in ‘Annexure- A’ and Other details in terms of Clause (7B) of Para A (Part A) of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations are mentioned in ‘Annexure-B’.
