Karnataka Bank enables Karnataka Govt’s Khajane-2 payments through net banking

Karnataka Bank has enabled the facility for payment of Government of Karnataka's Khajane-2 e-receipts through its Internet Banking platform. This initiative reaffirms the bank's commitment in offering convenient, secure, and value-added digital services to meet the evolving needs of its customers. The bank has received the necessary authorization from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) along with approval from the Department of Treasuries, Government of Karnataka, to collect State Government revenue receipts through the Khajane-2 Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS). With this enablement, the bank now facilitates the collection of various State Government taxes and fees from citizens of Karnataka via its Internet Banking services.

Following the successful technical integration with RBI's e-Kuber system and the Khajane-2 platform, all the bank’s customers can seamlessly make payments towards taxes and fees of various State Government departments through Internet Banking, under the Government of Karnataka's Khajane-2 Integrated Financial System.
