Enkei Wheels (India) has informed that Kunal Dhoke, CFO & KMP has tendered his resignation due to personal reason, from the position of Chief Financial Officer and KMP of the Company. The said resignation has been accepted by Kenjiro Hama, Managing Director of the Company on 13th January 2026. Kunal Dhoke is relieved from his duty on 14 January 2026. The Company expressed his immense gratitude to Kunal Dhoke, for his endeavor towards the achieve of goal of the Company. Further, the detailed disclosure as required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III - Para A (7C) of Part A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are set out in Annexure I enclosed.
