Shish Industries has informed that it enclosed copy of Newspaper Advertisements published in Financial Express- (in English and Gujarati) on January 14, 2026 with respect to Corrigendum to Notice of EOGM which was published as on December 31, 2025 in the same Newspapers as mentioned. The Corrigendum was issued to correct the typographical error in the Explanatory Statement of the said Notice of EOGM. All other contents remaining unchanged, it has attached the Newspaper Advertisement showing the Corrigendum. The same has been also made available on the Company website at www.shishindustries.com.
