Samhi Hotels has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary company namely ‘SAMHI Skyline’ on January 16, 2026. SAMHI Skyline will carry on the business to purchase, manage, own, acquire, lease, promote, takeover or lease and to operate and run hotels, holiday resorts, motels, cottages, and accommodation of all description related to the hotel business with all facilities in India or abroad. The newly incorporated entity belongs to hospitality industry.
Samhi Hotels acquires/builds primary hotels and thereafter renovates, rebrands and rerates the property and runs it.
