ACME Solar Holdings through its subsidiary -- ACME Eco Clean Energy, has commissioned additional 12MW of the wind power project located in Surendaranagar, Gujarat. This takes the wind project’s total operational capacity to 68 MW out of the total 100 MW being commissioned in phases.
The ACME Eco Clean Energy wind power project has been financed through Power Finance Corporation (PFC) & constructed through in-house EPC capabilities of the company by deploying SANY’s 4 MW turbines. The power generated from the project will be sold through the 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) signed between ACME Eco Clean and Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam. The current commissioning of additional 12 MW was witnessed by GEDA and PGVCL official and the same has been signed in the commissioning MOM. The formal certificate is expected to be issued shortly.
