Brigade Enterprises has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Friday, January 30, 2026 to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2025. This notice is pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Pursuant to the above, the trading window of the Company is closed from Thursday, January 1, 2026 to Sunday, February 1, 2026 for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. This is in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2018 read with Clause VII (d) of the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of the company.
