Arman Financial Services gains on getting nod to raise Rs 125 crore through NCDs

Arman Financial Services is currently trading at Rs. 1463.40, up by 5.90 points or 0.40% from its previous closing of Rs. 1457.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1449.20 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1495.00 and Rs. 1411.00 respectively. So far 855 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1849.95 on 24-Jun-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1111.00 on 07-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1560.40 and Rs. 1411.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1525.16 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 22.00%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 6.64% and 71.37% respectively.

Arman Financial Services has received approval from the Finance & Investment Committee of the Board of Directors for issuance of 125000 Listed, Rated, Senior, Secured, Transferable, Redeemable,

Non-Convertible Debentures (Debenture or NCDs) of face value of Rs 10,000 each, aggregating to Rs 125 crore by way of a private placement.

The Finance & Investment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 19, 2026 has approved the same.
