Accordingly, the Company has informed that Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company Namely ‘MCFL Energy Projects Private Limited’ has been incorporated on January 19, 2026. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master dated November 11, 2024 and December 31, 2024 are enclosed herewith as ‘Annexure - A’. This intimation is being submitted under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time.
