TT has informed that in compliance with the Regulations 29 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 28th January, 2026 to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter ended 31st December, 2025. As informed earlier, the Trading Window, as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's code for Prevention of Insider Trading, is closed from 1st January, 2026 and would re-open after 48 hours from the date of announcement / declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the third quarter ended 31st December, 2025, i.e. on 31st January, 2026.
