Eco Recycling has informed that pursuant to applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and applicable provision of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, the Eco Recycling has approved the QIP Proposal vide Special Resolution dated 22nd January 2025 through Postal ballot and which were valid for 365 days (Up to 21 January 2026) only. Since aforesaid Special Resolution is now time barred/rescind by Law. Consequently, all the ancillary QIP offer/proposal, agreement entered into with parties stands null and void.
