Monte Carlo Fashions gains on incorporating subsidiary

Monte Carlo Fashions is currently trading at Rs. 559.00, up by 5.95 points or 1.08% from its previous closing of Rs. 553.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 549.60 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 563.20 and Rs. 543.25 respectively. So far 870 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 865.00 on 25-Nov-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 507.40 on 04-Mar-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 610.55 and Rs. 543.25 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1158.92 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 73.17%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 2.65% and 24.18% respectively.

Monte Carlo Fashions has incorporated Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) of the Company Namely ‘MCFL Energy Projects’ on January 19, 2026. The subsidiary has been incorporated to undertake solar power generation and related activities, including execution of solar PV based power projects pursuant to Letter of Award received from Madhya Pradesh Urja Vikas Nigam (MPUVNL) under the PM KUSUM-C Scheme. 

Monte Carlo Fashions manufactures and distributes men’s and women’s apparel. The company manufactures shirts, t-shirts, and sportswear.
