All Time Plastics has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the North East Cane and Bamboo Development Council (NECBDC), a statutory body under the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (MDoNER), Government of India. Under the MoU, the company has been empanelled as a Product and Market Development Partner (PMDP) to support initiatives relating to the development and value addition of engineered bamboo boards and panels originating from the North Eastern Region (NER).
The proposed engagement, initially envisaged to be anchored in Assam and Nagaland, is intended to support ecosystem-level interventions across product development and prototyping, manufacturing process inputs, sustainability and certification readiness (including FSC and other applicable standards) and domestic and export market linkage for engineered and value-added bamboo products.
The engagement provides the company with a structured entry point into the engineered bamboo ecosystem, aligned with its long-term focus on responsible sourcing and material diversification.
All Time Plastics primarily produces consumerware for customers to market under their own brand names, which is known as white-label manufacturing. It also sells its products under its proprietary ‘alltime’ brand (i.e., on a business-to-consumer basis).
