Prestige Estates Projects has incorporated step-down subsidiary in the name of ‘TPCM Educare LLP’, on January 24, 2026. TPCM Educare LLP is incorporated to carry on business of real estate development, leasing and allied activities.
Earlier, the company had launched Evergreen at Prestige Raintree Park, its latest premium residential development located in Whitefield, Bengaluru. Evergreen at Prestige Raintree Park is planned on around 24 acres of land and comprises around 2,000 apartments, with a total saleable area of 3.2 million square feet.
