Pursuant to Regulations 33, 52(1) and other applicable clauses of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the following documents are enclosed as Annexure I & Annexure II: a) Unaudited financial results of the Bank for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, b) Limited Review Report from the Joint Statutory Auditors, ASA & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants and Suri & Co., Chartered Accountants.
