VST Tillers Tractors has informed that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and with reference to the earlier corporate announcement dated 30 January 2026, the Company had informed the Stock Exchanges about the sad demise of V. K. Surendra, Promoter of the Company, who passed away on 28th January 2026. The Company became aware of the said event upon receipt of information by the Secretarial Department. Upon receipt of such information, the materiality of the event was assessed in accordance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and the disclosure was made to the Stock Exchanges immediately thereafter voluntarily. The delay in disclosure, if any, was neither deliberate nor intentional. They further clarified that V. K. Surendra was not holding any position as Director, Key Managerial Personnel or part of the Senior Management of the Company at the time of his demise. Accordingly, the standardized disclosure formats prescribed under SEBI Circular dated November 11, 2024, for change in management are not applicable in the present case. The event does not have any material impact on the operations or management of the Company.
