REC has informed that Harsh Baweja (DIN: 09769272), Director (Finance) of REC has superannuated from the services of the Company on January 31, 2026 and accordingly, has ceased to be the Director (Finance) and Chief Financial Officer of REC with effect from February 1, 2026. Further, the Ministry of Power, Government of India has entrusted the additional charge of the post of Director (Finance), REC to Shri Jitendra Srivastava (IAS), Chairman & Managing Director of REC for a period of 3 months w.e.f. February 1, 2026 or until the appointment of a regular incumbent to the post of Director (Finance), REC or until further order, whichever is earlier.
