Further in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company has been closed from January 01, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after declaration of above financial results for the Directors/Promoters/KMPs/Designated Employees/ Auditor/ law firms, etc. of the Company.
