Easy Fincorp has informed that pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 read with Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, a Meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 10th February, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 3rd quarter ended 31st December, 2025. Further, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 and in terms of the Company’s Insider Trading Prohibition Code, they have already intimated to the Stock Exchange vide letter ref. no. EFL/2025-26/35 dated 26th December, 2025 relating to closure of Trading Window and the same shall continue to remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives till 48 hours from the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results.
