BLS International Services’ wholly owned subsidiary -- BLS International FZE (BLS FZE) has acquired 95% share capital of the MVA International W.L.L., Bahrain, incorporated under law of Bahrain. Consequent to such acquisition, it will become a step-down subsidiary of the Company (SDS).
The BLS FZE has acquired 95% share capital for amount of 1000 BHD in share capital of MVA International W.L.L.
