With reference to letter dated February 28, 2025 wherein the Company had received demand order dated February 25, 2025 (received on February 27, 2025) from Additional Commissioner, Office of the Commissioner of Central Goods & Services Tax, Gurugram Commissionerate on account of mismatch in GST credit, NIIT has informed that the company has received an order no. CGST/Appeals/GGM/NIIT/281/25-26/6038 dated January 29, 2026 (received on February 02, 2026) issued under section 107(11) of the CGST Act, 2017 read with Section 20 of Integrated Goods & Service Act, 2017 from the office of the commissioner (Appeals) Gurugram, Haryana and set aside the Order in Original dated February 25, 2025 in entirety. The disclosure of information pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI Master Circular No SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 is enclosed as Annexure -A.
