Narmada Gelatines has informed that in compliance with the Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held at Jabalpur on Thursday, the 12th day of February, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025 and to take on record the Limited Review Reports of the Auditors thereon. Trading Window Closure: As communicated in our letter dated December 26, 2025 regarding Intimation of closure of trading window and Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Fair Disclosure, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company has been closed for all Designated Persons, Connected Persons, Directors, Promoters and their Immediate Relatives from January 01, 2026 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, i.e., till February 14, 2026.
