Apollo Sindoori Hotels’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Sindoori Management Solutions has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) worth Rs 23.48 crore from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras. The LoI is for rendering housekeeping services in Academic, Hostel & Residential Zones at IIT Madras Main Campus in Chennai and Discovery Campus, Thaiyur ‘B’ Village, Chengalpattu. The order is to be executed within 14 months, starting from February 2026 till March 2027.
