Uno Minda has received approval for the setting up of a manufacturing facility of AW4W Plant, LPS Domain at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra with an overall capacity upto 1.80 million Alloy Wheels per annum to be achieved in phased manner. The fresh capital expenditure for this facility is estimated at Rs 764.00 crore. The proposed capacity is to be added till 3rd year of operations i.e. FY 2029-30. The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on February 05, 2026, has, inter alia, approved the same.
Uno Minda is engaged in the business of manufacturing of auto components including auto electrical parts and its accessories and caters to both domestic and international markets.
