Gokul Refoils & Solvent has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 13th February 2026, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025, along with other such items of business as may be deemed necessary with the permission of the Chair. Further, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company, which has already been closed, shall remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results on 13th February 2026.
