In accordance with regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, GNA Axles has informed that based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors in their meeting held today, had reappointed Jasvinder Singh (DIN 01831572) and Ranbir Singh (DIN 01572708) as Executive Vice Chairman and Managing Director & CEO of the Company respectively for a period of 5 years with effect from 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2031 and has also appointed Maninder Singh (DIN 01610746) as Executive Director of the Company for a period of Two Years with effect from 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2028. All these appointments are subject to the approval of the shareholders which will be obtained through postal ballot. All the reappointed Directors have confirmed that they are not debarred from holding the office of Directors by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority. Their Brief Profiles of the Directors reappointed is attached as Annexure A.
