Belrise Industries’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Belrise Defence and Aerospace has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary namely ‘Belrise UK Holdings’ in United Kingdom (UK) on February 6, 2026, which consequently is a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The newly incorporated entity will carry on the business related to manufacture of air and spacecraft and related machinery.
