Synthiko Foils has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary (WOS) named as ‘DC&T Defence’. The Certificate of Incorporation has been received by the company on February 7, 2026. The wholly owned subsidiary is incorporated to carry on the business of research, design, engineering, manufacturing, trading and servicing of energy, digital and infrastructure solutions, including turnkey and project services, across renewable power, data centres and allied technologies for defence, government, public sector, industrial, commercial and other sectors and establish R&D and operational facilities globally, and invest.
Synthiko Foils is engaged in manufacturing, supplying and exporting Aluminium Packaging Foils. The range offered by it comprises Alu Alu Foils, Lidding Foil, Two Ply And Three Ply Laminates, Blister Foil, Printed Aluminum Foil, Laminated Aluminum Foil and Aluminum Foil Lids.
