As per the provisions of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Harish Textile Engineers has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 13th February, 2026, at the registered office of the Company at 2nd Floor, 19 Parsi Panchayat Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai - 400069, to consider and approve the adoption of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2025, and any other matter with the permission of the Chair. Further, in continuation of its letter dated 24th December, 2025, and in terms of the company Code of Business Conduct and Code to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, the trading window for insiders, which is already closed with effect from 01 January, 2026, shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the dissemination of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2025.
