In continuation to its earlier letter dated 22nd January 2026 and Ceigall India has informed that Ceigall Infra Projects, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has received Letter of Award (LOA) dated 11th February 2026 from National Highways Authority of India for ‘Construction of 4 laning of Sahebganj Areraj Bettiah of NH 139W (Total length 78.942 km) in the State of Bihar on Hybrid Annuity Mode comprising (i) Section-1: Sahebganj to Areraj (38.362 km) and (ii) Section-2: Areraj to Bettiah (40.580 km).’ The details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circulars dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed.
