The Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Central Registration Centre, Registrar of Companies, has been received by the Company on February 11, 2026. The company has enclosed the details of said WOS as required under the SEBI Listing Regulations read along with the SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, as Annexure - A.
