Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Eastern Treads has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, on February 12, 2026 has considered the following changes in Directorate: Took note of expiry of the tenure of M E Mohamed (DIN: 00129005), as Managing Director effective from the close of business hours on February 14, 2026; and Appointment of Navas Meeran (DIN: 00128692) as Managing Director of the Company for a period of five years effective from the close of business hours on February 14, 2026, subject to approval of shareholders, based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Further to be noted that Navas Meeran (DIN: 00128692) will be designated as Chairman and Managing Director of the company. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 with respect to the aforesaid items are enclosed as Annexure 1 & Annexure 2.
