Kamdhenu has received approval for proposal to purchase immovable property situated at Village Hajipur, Tehsil Kotkasim, District Alwar, Rajasthan, having plot size of around 23,600 Sq. Mtr from Nine Plus Infrastructure. The transaction value is around Rs 16 crore (exclusive of stamp duty and Registration Fees and other related expenses which shall be in actuals).
The purchase of said immovable property shall be subject to completion of due diligence involving comprehensive title verification, compliance checks, property inspections, assurance regarding encumbrance free and requisite approval(s) and permission(s) from Bhiwadi Integrated Development Authority (BIDA) / other authorities. The Board of Directors at their meeting held on February 13, 2026 has inter-alia, approved proposal for the same.
Kamdhenu is engaged in the manufacturing, marketing, branding and distribution of TMT Bars, structural steel, paints and allied products under the brand name ‘Kamdhenu’.
